Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with UYMi. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as when you received it

• Be unused and free from signs of wear, damage, pet hair, stains, or odors

• Include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and tags

• Be returned in its original packaging

• Include a receipt or other proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at official@uymi.pet and provide your order information along with photos or videos of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product condition reasons, we may not accept returns for:

• Items showing signs of use, wear, pet hair, stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery

• Items missing original parts, accessories, tags, or packaging

• Customized or personalized products

• Gift cards

• Items marked as final sale, except where otherwise required by applicable law

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once your return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us before placing a new order so we can assist you.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, subject to applicable law.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with all original parts, accessories, tags, and packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
